Daging Kambing : Diet Pemakanan Masyarakat Malaysia

Secara amnya, masyarakat masih mengganggap daging kambing tidak bersesuaian dijadikan sebahagian diet pemakanan berbanding dengan daging ayam, lembu mahupun bebiri.
Di bawah saya sertakan satu carta perbandingan nutrien daging kambing hasil kajian Jabatan Pertanian Amerika Syarikat (USDA).
